well i spent the summer far too distracted to even say! i am back on track with the reno's in my condo. bought the flooring on saturday and have stripped up all the lovely sculptured carpet and getting ready to put it down. i hate floors! everytime i say i'll never do another floor..i do another floor. work to date : new drywall on three walls due to the wallpaper damage, reconfigured the kitchen to allow a pass through to be cut (thanks pete and cormack for assisting) , new countertops and fixtures (thanks m for assisting) replaced all kitchen cabinets (thanks pete and sheriff for assisting), new bath room counters and capinets (thanks again pete). all new paint, hardware, lights and switches, crown moldings, slate backsplash, SS appliances and soon new floors. the floors are the last item except for the baseboards and trim around doors. gonna look damn fine when i am done...hope to be on the market soon. stand by for the updated pics soon...will take a few tonight....
